the power-to-weight ratio of these sevens allow tremendous acceleration. coupled

with superb road holding and responsive steering gives you sporting motoring in its truest sense.

This is a fun. exiting and exhilarating rural road car and NOT a tourer.

Lotus big valve 1600 Twin-cam with Twin 45 Delorto carbs.

RS 1600/Mexico 4 speed gearbox and RS2000 LSD.

Very low milage

 

This is my very lively and responsive little beauty that I have had for over 11 years.

I have all the mot cert's to warrant the milage. /p>

I am now unable to exploit its full potential due to mobility I have decided to sell.

I used to show this car when it was in concourse condition but with the last four years of no use 

it is now only in very good condition.

Last year a front calliper seized so I decided to replace a thousand pounds worth of

callipers. discs. bearings. pads. bushes. track rod ends. gators. rear shoes. cylinders n fixings. seals. fuel pipes.

master cylinders. carb fixings and gaskets and much more to remember or list.

The carbs have been jetted. tuned and set to supply the demands from the special cams which produce142bhp by QED.

 

Tech. specs; gas flowed head and inlet manifold. cosworth springs. 140 profile cams.

2 x twin 45 delorto's. fully balanced. comp. clutch. stainless steel exhaust system. /p>

RS 1600 close ratio 4 speed box. RS 2000 limited slip diff.

magnolia hyde seats. motolita steering wheel. revolution 4 spoke alloy wheels. /p>

full weather roof and side screens in magnolia to match interior trim. black zipped tonneau cover. /p>

chrome roll bar and traditional dash instruments.

Cons; Over the last few years some micro-blistering has appeared on some of the fibreglass panels.
