1976 MGB GT V8 3. 5 very rare - 1 of only 733 rubber bumper cars built

 57. 000 miles.

Matching numbers car.

Believed sold new in the Channel Islands then imported into UK in 1979.

 Mileage recorded on MOT in 1989 was 56841. At this time car was treated to major works to brakes and suspension as well as other items. Car was then put into proper storage for twenty years. Less than 500 miles have been covered since it has been put back on the road

Car has recently been treated to a top class respray and has had further work done on the brakes and suspension. As can been seen in the many photos on my website. the car is in sound original condition inside and out with the r/h outer sill and front valance appearing to be the only panels replaced.

This is a rare opportunity to purchase a much sought after car.   Will be supplied with current UK MOT till end July 2014  The reverse gear bearings are a bit noisy.

• Also main dealer service invoice from 1981 showing clutch replacement amongst other work. The car had same owner from 1989-2012 and previous owner 1981-1989
