It's time for the old girl to go.
She might be old but she's never let me down. What you're bidding on is a March 2017 registered 1974 Chrysler Dodge /Valiant VJ ute. Use her as a workhorse or go nuts and turn her into something special.
Under the bonnet is a Hemi 265cid with column-shift auto. Don't let the pretty paint fool you… I put a new head on it and decided to paint the block to impress the chicks :) She starts. cruises but don't push her too hard or the engine sounds like a maraca factory.
The body: if you had ten owners and worked your guts out for 42 years you'd look a bit crap too. But in saying that. she turns more heads than Chuck Norris ever has… think about it… Ah you just got it — now keep up! There's been rust and there's been bog. The passenger's floor has been replaced but I think the welder was pissed! But with that aside the Dodge is as sturdy as the Harbour bridge. but I urge you to come and have a look and decide for yourself what sort of condition she's in.
The red stripe was painted on by the old bloke before me… apparently it makes it go faster. She handles beautifully and the brakes were overhauled a couple of years ago.
It's now someone else's turn to take the reins so make your bid count. You buy it. you have to pick it up.
