Citroen AZU 1973 (AK 250)

Left Hand Drive in France.

One of the rare large ripple. low roof vans.

Currently in daily use and has CT (MOT) until January 2017 

The van drives very well. nbsp; it has had thousands of euros spent on it in the last two years.

Replacement original pattern chassis.

Exchange Standard Citroen engine.

Rebuilt gearbox.

Rebuilt steering rack.

Rebuilt front and rear arms with new bearings.

New brakes all round.

4 new tyres and wheels in 2014.

Exhaust replaced last year.

The bodywork of the van needs some TLC.

The sign writing is stickers not paint. so they will come off with a bit of elbow grease. if needed.

Bonnet hinge replaced this year and new vent flap last year.

For a UK MOT it will need both sills. front floors and lower bulkhead. the cost of these parts is approx 275 euros in France.

The passenger door is beyond repair. I have a spare to go with the van.

There is corrosion under both side windows and the back windows. the passenger rear door is the worst.

Both front wings have dents.

The side panels and rear wings are ok. a few marks on them but nothing too bad.

The rear valance is ok. there is corrosion above the rear doors. but easily repairable.

Inside the load area is quite good for a old van.

The seats have different covers on them but are the original style. ie hooked into the floor.

Please bear in mind this is 43 years old so it is not new. but a lot better than most.

Mechanically it needs nothing doing. it drives very well. just needs some bodywork if going to the UK.

The van is located in SW France. if it is staying in France I will put a new CT on it.

Delivery to the UK is possible October 21st or 22nd. at an agreed additional price. please ask for a price for delivery.
