Classic VW beetle totaly restored 1969 model

The time has now come to sell my beloved nice looking 1969 bug due to do some extension work in the house need to clear my garage. Fully restoration did 3 years ago. since then it has been dry stored in the garage only used in the summer weekend and took to some classic car shows. Road tax until May 2014 (No need road tax). MOT until July 2014. Here is what has been done and the specs.

Mechanically:

Engine is a 1776cc big bore with a high lift cam. Single solex carburettor all new polished tin ware. New bosch 009 distributor. New pertinax leads. flame thrower coil and ignightor II electronic ignition (no points/condensor to worry about) new plug dissy cap and rotor. Reconditioned gearbox with empi short shifter. which is just the sweetest change. New clutch installedFront disc brakes with all new brake lines solid and flexi all round. Stops very well! Bug pack shocks all round. Front wings and bonnet are from a pre-67 model so sloping headlights as well. this makes the car. and the bonnet is an original not a dodgey copy one. Doors have modified internal hinges and lower half of the A piller is de-seemed for the smoothed cal look.

Interior:

Porshe 911 seats (electric) on custom mounts. these fold forward so you can get in the back. Flat dash properly done ie welded up not just filler. Sports steering wheel have custom fitted a rev counted in the middle. Fully insulated and carpeted as well as the roof. TMI top quality door card set. matching red custom mats also The main feature is the amazing paint job which is a modern VW colour deep blue pearl and there is 8 coats in total. The alloys and tyres are brand new iron cross deign (The wings have been welded on and smoothed in to the body work and yes Its been done before but I have yet to see it done to this standard it really is a truly stuning effect. I know the purist will cringe but no nasty rust traps to worry about any more. All under floor is wax sealed last year. Engine tune up nicely and run well. There's nothing to hide i'd love to use it but no time and huge commitments elsewhere. It's got to go I have spent a fortune on it.

Only fault:

 driver side door had small paint work to be done. Whoever bidding. please come and see the car before bidding. no time waster please. Engin picture shows with twin webber 34. now it has been removed and running with single Solex carburetto. if you need any more pictures. please email me. Also please note i have advertised elseware. thus may be sell before the biding date.

Upon wining the auction 5% deposit required imediatly rest cash on collection or bank transfer.
