2007 BMW 5-Series 550i

I bought this car for my wife about 3 years ago and it's a garage queen. My wife worked 5 minutes from our house so we car pooled most of the time. This BMW spent most of it's life in Newport Beach California traveling up and down the coast and was well maintained. Judging by the paint and clear coat it was also garage kept by the previous owner (not to mention I picked it up from his house). I bought it off Ebay. flew to Cali and drove it to El Paso Texas where it spent the next few years. We moved to Tennessee last year and the car has been parked in the garage ever since.  I'm not sure the car knows what winter looks like and there is no rust anywhere on the car. I drive it rarely to charge the battery and key fob and burn off some of the old gas which has stabilizer added.  Car currently has a little over 106. 00 miles.  I have a print out of the dealership records from the key fob. but most of the regular maintenance I've done myself since owning it. This is our 5th BMW and I am truly an enthusiast that loves the quality and engineering of BMW.  This vehicle has a tight refined quiet ride yet still gives you the connection to the road that BMW is known for. I bought my wife another car that she likes better and I'm selling this one to pay for some renovations in a condo I purchased. We are both non-smokers as were the previous owners. We always use top tier premium unleaded gasoline.   Since owning the vehicle I've done or had done the following items: Replaced coolant overflow tank and put in new genuine BMW coolant. regular oil changes at 7. 00 miles with Mobil 1 full synthetic extended mileage oil good for 15. 00 miles. new iridium spark plugs around 100K. new cabin filters at 106K. new air filter at 99K. change transmission fluid at 105K and fill with Pentosin. changed valve cover gaskets at 106K. new front bumper to replace the boring factory one- M5 replica made to fit BMW 550i (professionally painted. perfect color match). new 18" BMW M6 Gran Coupe replica wheels and Bridgestone Potenza tires at 102k (have extra set of tire pressure sensors that will come with the car along front license plate mount color match painted). brakes rotors around 98k. flush fill brake fluid time brakes. new xenon bulbs 102k. rear windshield seals (old were cracked brittle deteriorated from UV exposure). wiper blades annually. smoked side marker lamps led same as headlight bulbs. battery 100k. I don't remember tread warranty tires. but there is plenty left as shown in pictures. When was flushing filling transmission I took the opportunity lowered exhaust shield to inspect the Guibo on the transmission output shaft well drive center support bearing which are both excellent condition tight no vibration or play.
