2000 BMW M Roadster & Coupe

Very sadly selling a car that I have loved from the day I bought it. I am needing to downsize and have too many irons in the fire. nbsp;(in the form of BMW's lol)  and I only drive her about 100 miles a month. so would rather see her go to an enthusiast than sit under the cover.  

 This is by far one of the tightest. cleanest M Roadsters out there. I have had about 10 of them since they came out in 98 and truly no 2 are alike. This is one of only 77 made of Red on White.   The previous owner was incredibly meticulous. as I have been. with upkeep and repairs/maintenance.   He was the kind of guy that logged every tank of gas. I still have the notebook. I've actually got a box full of receipts.

The car has never been in an accident. it tracks perfectly true. brakes perfectly true. there are no vibrations. squeaks or pulls. It drives incredibly tight. I am a detail freak and an OCD medical doctor. so everything has been worked out. every light. switch. motor work as new.  No warning lights going off. There is no door sag. I NEVER let anyone shut the doors by the windows. Windows roll up sharply and the top motor is strong. Stereo is factory no burned pixels. door/kick panel speakers are MB quartz. Tool kit intact and unmolested. Sub-frame is perfect (inspected). Seat motors all perfectly functional with no lag. Door panels tight as factory. Seat belt guides are new and were installed right (by carefully removing seat skins). Ac charged this year. ice cold. Fan controls operate w/o any bind. Blower fully functional. Coin slots never used on console.

Things done in the last 2 years/3k miles: Pagid brakes. brand new battery. new tires all around. wheels refinished to 9. 8/10 almost new. normal maint.

Mods: ECIS Cold Air Intake. nbsp; Strong Strut Front/Rear/and Body Brace(s). UUC EVO Short Shift. Whalen Shift knob. Bilstein Struts/Shocks. nbsp;High performance Ignition Coils.  Zion All Aluminum radiator. Stewart SS water pump. Bavarian Auto drilled and slotted brake rotors. and many small cosmetic upgrades (added stainless components and clear lenses).   Both window motors.  Includes maintenance manual & discs. trunk struts.  Conforti  Shark Injector. Engine code reader. SRS code reader. Peake airbag and SRS reset tools. nbsp;Coco floor mats. door handle seals. top is 3 years old.  Seat tilt. glove box brace. nbsp;clutch bushing (no squeak).  aluminum pedals. brand new never used M roadster Floor mats. seat belt guides. antenna with new grommet. 500 miles ago replaced entire front suspension including ball joints. tie rod ends. and control arms. Suspension feels like new. no slop at all.   Factory wind screen. car cover included.  Over $6. 00 in upgrades (materials. labor is my own). The car looks OEM (cant stand crappy aftermarket mods).   New roundels on front rear. wheels. and new M badges. all OEM. Arm Rest added. makes a huge difference in comfort and looks factory.

What needs done? Literally nothing. The car is an absolute joy to drive. Imperfections: the tag has rubbed the ABS around where it mounts and could use some touch up. There are a couple of touch up spots on rear bumper.   My father bought the car briefly last year. (at the time I coudnt stand to part with it but keeping it in the family seemed reasonable. nbsp;but he went on to Mustangs and I got her back)  but an extra owner b/c of that on paper.  Front bumper has been re-shot. looks nearly new. There are some paint blems under the hood that have been there for years. from some brake fluid that got sprayed when car was driven and the reservoir cap was left off.   Some normal surface scratches on rear plexi window. NO DOOR DINGS or curb rash whatsoever. Small cosmetic blem on fabric top on drivers side.  Small hairline crack by a couple of switches on console. cosmetic only not a functional defect. (New one is $198 but you can barely see it. but See close up of console pic)  The seat bolsters are in excellent condition. very minimal wear. When I bought the car. unfortunately the owner had added a spoiler. so I had to buy an entire new deck lid off another M. it the only other option would have been to remove the spoiler and fill the holes left behind and paint. which I coudn't get on board with. (I can send a pic of it before the swap if you like)

Hard top is available (incredibly rare) outside the auction. Its also in 9. 8/10 condition. the pic shows a little white line on the seal which is light reflection from the ceiling. I will sell it for $1500 with the car. or $2. 00 if the buyer passes.

Title in hand. includes all factory OEM manuals. and keys. (And radio code. comes in handy!)  A storage bin FULL of spare/extra parts.

Feel free to come inspect. when you drive it on purchase if it isn't absolutely as described I will gladly refund on the spot and pay you for your time/fuel.   This is not a 2016. its a 2000 but for its age. overall 9. 8/10 condition.
