2007 Porsche 911

2007 911 Targa 4S
Two-owner. excellent condition inside and out. Clean carfax. clean/clear title. Recently inspected and serviced by Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. this 911 needs nothing and is ready to go. Next service is not due until 60k miles. Please read the entire description and review the pictures before contacting me. You are likely to find your question answered herein.
Exterior / Wheels:Minor wear on the exterior - most notably some very light wear on the front of the nose from highway driving. Light curb rash on a couple wheels. overall the wheels are in good shape. The wheels are Porsche factory from a Cayenne Turbo. Currently wrapped in Pirelli Sotto Zero tires (see inspection report for tread wear).  
Interior / Accessories:The interior on this car is about as nice as you will find for any used vehicle. period. The seats show almost no wear. the carpets are very clean and it still smells new (no kidding). All factory options are working. including cold AC. hot heat and fully-functioning heated. power seats. Both windows and the targa / sunshade work properly. The factory headunit was replaced by the original owner with a modern Kenwood unit that has handsfree bluetooth / streaming. It is a substantial upgrade over the factory unit not just in functionality but also in sound. Even at interstate speeds with the targa open. the sound is still clear. For a complete list of the car's options. please see the factory window sticker included in the pictures. All original books. both keys. one valet key and the original window sticker come with the car.  
Mechanical / Service:Please see the inspection report from Porsche Atlanta Perimeter in the pictures. The car was inspected on August 31. 2016 and the following repairs were deemed necessary and completed: replace passenger window regulator. replace engine lid actuator. replace tire pressure sensors in all four wheels. As you will see from the report. the rest of the car is in excellent condition and needs nothing at this time.  
As I bought the car from Porsche Atlanta. I do not have service records from the original owner. but some of the service is detailed in the carfax. The car was serviced by Porsche Atlanta when I purchased it at ~47. 00 miles in May 2015. Engine oil. air filter and rear tires replaced at ~52. 00 miles. Next service is due at 60. 00.

Price / Payment:If you are familiar with modern Porsches. you know the Targa cars are rare. If you're looking to buy a Targa 4S for Carrera 4S money. look elsewhere. This is a superb example and you will not be disappointed. The price is comparable to or lower than almost every other Targa car with similar mileage and options.  
An immediate deposit of $500. 00 is due via paypal and the balance is due upon pickup in cash or certified funds / wire transfer. I will work with the buyer to arrange pickup or shipping.
