1937 Plymouth Other

1937 Plymouth coupe all steel body and  updates to the frame.  Frame is original and boxed. powder coated x-member removed. mustang II front end (power steer). CA Chasisworks (Calif) canton 4-link coil over rear with rear sway bar.  Mini tubed see pic. To much to list. Frame work alone was over 22K.  It is set up with a SBC 400 and tremic TKO 600 (upgraded) 5 sp transmission with a Mcleod dual disk clutch. feels like a stock clutch.   Gas tank has been modified to fit in the original location with a sump for external fuel pump. Tank has an Aeromotive 340 phantom fuel pump installed.  Color is PPG midnight blue pearl with custom grey pearl with blue pearl.  Clear coat PPG DBC 2021.  I will include what I have left in paint.  Pictures were taken at sunrise during a car show  in this summer.  
2 1/2" exhaust sytem.  Had to cut H-pipe to remove engine and trans  due to the  trans was leaking at the tail shaft section to the main section. it only needed to be seperated and resealed.  I personally took it to Modern driveline (worderful group of people by the way) in Idaho. to have them re-seal it.  Tires in rear are 295/50/15. front 215/65/15 B. F. Goodrich.  Rear end is by dutchman axles from Idaho.  Fab 9 style housing with  ford 9" 4:11 posi 1350yoke. 35 spline axles are included.  Custom radiator from PRC will be included  The interior is not finished. does have a new bench seat. second skin sound deadner and barrier.  I have a new headliner for it with bows.   I will include the original door panels for patterns. . All new glass. and seals from steele rubber.  4 disc wilwood brakes with  e-brake.
About the engine. is a SBC 400 stroked dart shp block. AFR heads. 210 runner. 2. 08 intakc valves. 1. 60 exhasut.  Eagle forged crank. 6" Eagle forged light rods. Mahle forged flat top pistions. Insky aggressive cam. Insky solid roller lifters. T and D shaft rocker rollers. Holley dominator dual quad tunnel ram with 2 throtle bodies custom multi port fuel injection (see pics)  Holley EFI ECU.  Internally balanced.  March performance serpentene system. Vintage air system.   Sanderson 1 7/8" primary tube to 3" collector. ceramic headers. 10. 5 compression ratio.   Number wise it produces around 650 horses at fly. . Its a small block with a big block attitude. uses pumped gas.   I know there is more
Inside has a Ididit steering column. with classic instuments gauges. vintage air strimline controller and radio (both in glove box). Wilwood clutch and brake pedal setup with manual brake with billet reseviors. see pics.

The car overall is 8. 5 out of 10 with a few things still need to be done. doors need seals. I have top and bottom of doors which is what they used in the original but I think you would rather do the whole door.  Some paint came. in the door jam area (can't really notice. easy touch-up) off during unmasking.  I didn't think it was a big matter.  I built this car to drive and have fun.  There are a few scratches from driving it to some car shows  Bumpers. grill ordainment. and others have been re-chromed. Actually sat down and figured I have over 62k invested in this car. kind of scary when you actually do this(car 8. 5k. engine 14K. paint 5k. ork 22k. trans/clutch/bell 4k. vintage air 1. 5k. gauges/steering column 1. 8k. bench . 5k.  radiator/ac 1k. wire/hose/fuel pump/lines 2k. glass/seals 2. 2k. serpentine system 2k. chrome 2. 5k. plus more).  Sure you would like to make money but we all know we put more into these projects than we will ever get back.  My plans have changed along with some personal issues. that is way I am selling.  I am will to sell the car without the engine and trans for 27k.  
Pictures somehow are upside down. tried to fix but couldn't.    Only will sell to US buyers.   Will  ship  after pmt has cleard the bank.
