1987 FORD MUSTANG GT CONVERTIBLE SUPERCHARGED

Absolutley perfect 1987 Ford Mustang Gt Convertible. This car is exceptionally clean as always garage stored and never winter driven. It hasn't even see rain for the last 10 years. All panels are original and straight with no rust ( except the Cervini Hood I have the oreignal hood that will go with the sale). To show the care this car has had since new it still has the factory leather seats in it showing minimal wear. I have invested and extensive amount of money and time into this car. It took alot of searching and driving many miles to fine a convertible that was not rotted out or repaired in an accident.

I will list some of the items I can recall from the top of my head below. I built this as a sunday driver and not a race or track car. As you can see with the tires that have been on this car since the build it has not been abused. With it being a 1987 there is a few bonuses. the first being. its the first year of this body style. second is that it is the first year that emission is exempt as 1988 and newer require it.

This car was professionally tuned by LIDIO at Alternative Auto in Michigan. ( please check his site as he is an amazing tuner and is not about the numbers but safe and reliable tunes ). With that said this car turned easily over 500 horse power at the wheels and then was detuned to run at 480 at the wheels. Lidio said it is easily capable of a safe 575 at the wheels with a methanol injection kit with the current build and numbers it was producing. I am not willing to do more than I have as we  only use it as a family outing car.

The paint was done about 9 years ago as I added the DECH rear bumper kit True Cervini wing and cobra r hood at that time. The roof was done after the paint and I opted for the best on the market going with canvass style including rear glass window.
