Austin Mini Cooper S Tartan red with black roof 1275. I have V5. heritage cert. and original green handwritten logbook which show December 1965 build. despatched Jan 1966. registered Feb 1966. The V5 shows 2 previous owners to me. but there are 5 other owners on the green logbook. The Heritage cert does not show reclining seats or right hand tank. so I assume they were additions during its life. I bought the car in March 2016 with the plan to restore it but other projects force me to sell it (like a kitchen)The engine runs and sounds crisp with no smoke. The car can move around under it's own power. but because the front floor and some pipework underneath are hanging. you can't go far.  It has a 130mph speedo which is not correct. The drivers A panel has virtually disappeared. and the front floor is in very poor condition where grass growing under the car has rotted areas away. It does have the original carpets. eat belts. dash and pillar vinyl. 4 1/2 inch rims. boot board brackets. radio and Smiths tacho. The front seats are a bit scruffy but the rest are very good. The car had lost its original chassis plate. so I have had one remade for purpose of sale at Minimail. It has lost its forged rockers but I have a set to go with it. It also has lost its brake servo. I strongly suggest viewing before bidding. It is for sale elsewhere so may be removed before the auction completes. I have watched the last 4 Cooper 'S' sell on Ebay. so please bear this in mind before asking for a BIN pricePayment by bank transfer before collection. Funds need to be visible in my account.
