Honda CRX classic MK1 1984 near mint conditon TAX

DUE TO WORK COMMITMENTS this can not be collected on the 6/7/8th of June

SEEING IS BELIEVING BUT I HAVE ADDED 12 PHOTOS TO GIVE YOU A VERY IDEA OF HOW GOOD THIS IS! I HAVE POINTED OUT EVERYTHING SO LONG DISTANCE BUYING IS HASSEL FREE!!

Genuine reason for sale : I have ended up with 3 CRXs. 1 other the same in poor nick and a white faze II which I will be keeping for a long time!

I NOW HAVE 6 CLASSICS I CAN NOT KEEP THEM ALL!

I paid £3000 for this I have the receipt. I would keep it but I am behind on the unit rent which this is kept in!! so £2500 is my best offer its a bargain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is the best condition Mk1 CRX I have ever seen and I first owned one 20 years ago!!

THIS SALE : 1984 CRX 1. 5i 12v - A REG - MOT APRIL 2014!

NO RUST! there is no rust in the panels at all. even the rear brake hubs are black! you will be hard pushed to find any rust even underneath!

Light restoration was done at a Honda garage a few years ago its hardly been used since. as its been resprayed on the outer in the past but its a very good job. the bottom is just black under seal. all jack points etc are strong. arches look and feel great!

no cracks in the red plastic areas at all. no rust on the sunroof. all rare for a CRX like this!

There is very good service histoy mainly by the company called Steels in Hereford which is shown on the TAX disc. they have added 13 stamps in the original handbook pack between 1985 - 2011. there is also around 10 old MOTs and some reciepts

Its well clean. no dirt anywhere I drove it home. cleaned it right up then put it in my unit

I CAN CONFIRM 100% I AM ONLY SELLING AS THIS IS TOOOO MINT FOR ME! IT SHOULD BE IN A MUSEUM!! I HAVE 2 OTHERS TO DRIVE AROUND IN ( which you can see on viewing )

BADEPOINTS: I will list every bad point afirst nd then tell you about the good:

2 different keys needed. one door lock changed in the past ( comes with spares. all original honda keys )

Clock not working

Small burn holes in both seats. apart from that really nice seats

RH rear light cracked a little

Trim above RH door has little end piece missing

RH door needs harder push to shut. needs adjustment or maybe its the door seal?

Inner drivers door handle a little loose on the doorcard but thats normal something they revised on the next model

Not resprayed undar bonnet. engine never being removed ever is a good thing! its still mint just duller than the outer!

Good points:

again its the best one I have ever seen! even 20 years ago! no rust on or around the sunroof!

fully mechanical / electronically in excellent running order

all original including stereo

Original spare tyre and mint alloy ( not a space saver like in 85 models )

long months MOT ( last 4 readings 59825. 59797. 59246. 58822 )

Goodyears 5/6mm treads!

Bright painwork as its resprayed! the lower panals are amazing conditon for age!

to be the car speaks for its self it really is near mint! look at the original carpet. apart from the bad points listed its mint!

IF I COULD AFFORD TO KEEP THIS I WOULD. MAYBE THE BEST ONE THERE IS??
