1986 Triumph TR 250

For sale 1968 Triumph TR 250 . this 2 owner Triumph was sold new in California and the second owner had the Triumph Since 1983 . The Triumph was restored through  the years  and  never used much . paint is still in very nice shape with minor scratches . he chrome is still all original . There is absolutely no rust . The interior is in great shape. one switch is missing . THE TRIUMPH RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT . This car has been completely gone through over the last several months and is now available. Check out the detailed pictures in our listing. The paint is nice. the body straight and rust free. The doors close correctly. The car is currently registered in California with a valid title and current registration. Spark Plugs. Spark Plug Wires. Coil and other misc parts were replaced. The transmission was serviced. All wiring was checked and any repairs needed were performed. Every light works as it should. Brakes were serviced and work . Exhaust was checked. and is perfect. The body was completely checked over for damage and rust. The car is rust free!. The body is very clean and the paint is in excellent condition! Tires are in great shape. Please call erik for test drive or questions  805-340-2378.   The Triumph TR250 was built between 1967 and 1968 for 15 months by the Triumph Motor Company in the United Kingdom. during which time 8. 80[1] cars were built. all of which were for the American market. Many can now be found outside the United States. primarily in Europe. Approximately 600 remain worldwide today. The TR250 was mechanically similar to the follow-on TR5 except for the fuel delivery system. The TR250 sported a new Independent Rear Suspension system. retained in the TR5. but it did not have the TR5's fuel injection system. Instead. the TR250 was fitted with twin Zenith-Stromberg carbs. The TR250's straight-six engine delivered 111 bhp (81 kW). 39 bhp less than the TR5.
