The "L" model utilized the same unique early prototype-like interior of the 206GT with fixed seat head-rests mounted to the back bulkhead and a full length glove box door and a passenger foot-well bar. The main changes from the all alloy bodied 206GT to the 246GT "L" model was the lengthening of the wheel-base as well as the adoption of a 2. 4 rather than the 2. 0-liter engine.
