1971 Plymouth Cuda

This is an original 340-Four Speed Cuda. I am the third owner of this car. I never had the original engine. fender tag or built sheet. This is a meticulously restored Cuda and built to go fast. It started its life in Massachusetts as a B5 Glacier Blue with Black Vinyl Roof. Black Billboards Stripes and Black Interior. Since I didn't have the original engine there was no reason to restore it to original condition. The restoration started out as a stock rebuild and morphed into a beast. though she did become a pretty progress! Only 800 miles on her! She needs a driver!! This car comes with many options. Shaker Hood. Rally Dash. Rim Blown Horn. Rally Wheels. Gull Wing. Road Lamps and AAR Cuda Chin Spoilers. The car was stripped down to the frame. Replaced metal were the two rear quarter panels. outer wheel wells. full trunk and gutter panel. floor pans and inner engine panels. New metal was welded in around the window frames. Very little putty (Aluminum Compound) was used on this car. No bondo. The frame and most of the body was painted in POR 15 rust proof paint. The car sat in primer for three years and never showed signs of rust bubbling up. The engine compartment was painted first with Valspar paint. The body was painted in Y3 Curious Yellow R&M Diamont paint base coat clear coat. so there is a slight difference in pigmentation under different lighting. The undercarriage trunk and inside were painted in tintable bed liner and then painted and clear coated to match. The interior has sound proofing under the floor carpet and under the headliner. There is a new white headliner and vinyl seat coverings from Legendary Upholstery. New front seat cushions New dash board and glove box. . new white door and rear panels and rear speaker deck. Working Rim Blown Horn. New carpet and Cuda floor mats. Center console with new wood grain insert. New Kenwood Excelon KDC-X492 CD/MP3 player with new pioneer speakers mounted below speaker deck panels in both rear and front. Heater box was restored with new heater core and fan. Instrument panel was restored by AutoInstruments. com. All gauges were boiled and calibrated and clock updated to quartz. Gauge face was reversed from black to white. Speedometer and tachometer read dead on. New variable speed windshield wiper motor. New windshield glass with stock glare shield across top. Suspension is all new with polyurethane bushings. ball joints. tie rods. new heavy duty high performance front and rear sway bars. Quick Ratio steering gear box Rebuilt by Lares Corp. As stated earlier this is a beautiful car and a driver's car. not a trailer queen. It does have some small flaws in the paint and a ding or two. Overall the car is beautiful and the flaws are minor. Because of limitations on the amount of picture I could not post detail pictures of the flaws. This car is being sold by my best friend under his E-Bay account and he has a 100% rating so in keeping his reputation in tact I want to be completely transparent on all aspects of this car.
