1966 Fastback Mustang GT350 Clone

This vintage 1966 Fastback Shelby Mustang GT350 began as two separate cars – the bottom half was a 1965 coupe and the top was an original 1966 Mustang Fastback (NOT a fabrication).   The two halves were flawlessly married together and beautifully painted Wimbledon white with a Guardsman Blue Monte Carlo stripe (NOT a sticker).   The car was nearly a shell on wheels when I bought it 10 years ago.   Over the years. many talented craftsmen have worked hard to make this car a fitting tribute to the great Carl Shelby name.   All work has been done with quality workmanship using original. reproduction. and after-market parts to make this a powerful. fun-to-drive car that turns heads wherever it goes!

I had the engine and automatic transmission rebuilt. the suspension replaced. and had the interior restored to resemble a 1966 GT350. complete with a rear folding rear seat.   This car is so much fun to drive and has lots of power.

Disclaimers:

There are minor paint blemishes from normal road debris. Little chips here and there. The transmission also takes time to warm up and will slip until the temperature reaches 160 to 180 degrees. The trunk needs a prop to stay open. There is a small plastic cover near the grill that is missing. The gas gauge does not show the fuel level; possibly the tank float is caught or there is a loose wire. There is damage to the right muffler.  

These are all pretty easy fixes and will give you the chance to work on the car and make it more your own. We will provide a binder of all the recorded work that has been done to the car.
