1986 Porsche 911 3. 2L 911 flat 6 engine and Porsche 901 5 speed gearbox conversion kit for a pre 1967 VW split bus. 230HP 
Comes with:1986 911 3. 2L complete engine. Approx. 86000 miles old. (top end rebuild 6000 miles ago) Custom made engine barAN12 oil hoses Oil tank Complete ECU. harness and all sensors. (Sensors new 6000 miles ago)Return fuel line to tank High pressure fuel pump and linesSpare DME relay.  Heater blower fan (I had this on a dash operated switch for on and off heating when you want) K&N air filter to clear engine bay ceiling
Porsche 901 5 speed gearbox in perfect working orderGear linkage adapter with two universal joints.  
The top end of the motor was rebuilt 6000 miles ago and all gaskets ect were replaced.  
All that is required to fit this into your bus is to trim approx 40-50mm from your engine trays and trim the gearbox cradle for the V of the gearbox to sit into. Can be fitted to any split bus (or Baywindow bus with some other work) and taken back to stock VW running gear in one day. I did not cut a t25 style hatch into my engine bay because I did not see the need.
Since fitting this into my '64 bus I have daily driven the bus and covered approx. 6000 miles.  Its actually very good on fuel and cruises at 80-90mph no problem. It also sounds awesome! 
The motor and gearbox are still in my bus at the moment and can be seen running. I am only taking it out as my bus is for sale and the motor has picked up a big end knock. Common on 3. 2's. Bus is for sale with a fresh 2110cc type 1 motor or with the porsche motor for the right price.  
Engine and gearbox can be picked up or I can put the whole lot on a pallet and courier it anywhere in the world.
