This was my late husband's "baby" and I've tried to maintain it properly. However. I'm not enjoying it as much as it really should be enjoyed by a MGB or British car enthusiast and am parting with it with a very heavy heart.
I am NOT a mechanic! I've had all service work done by a mechanic knowledeable in MGs. This is a 40 year old car and is British. As any MGB enthusiast knows. MGs have their quirks despite being so lovable. I am selling this "As Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. I have disclosed as much information about the condition of this car that I am aware of and any inspections MUST be completed 24 hours prior to the end of Auction.
Issues that I am aware of currently:the turn signal lever/handle is in down position. meaning it appears you're always turning left. I've been using a piece of paper to keep lever in "middle" position to avoid this. there is no carpet lining in trunk. my mechanic said it could use a new radiator. the speedometer is not working; the RPM. oil. gas and temperature gauges work.
Buyer is responsible for pick-up or any delivery/shipping fees. $1000. 00 deposit due within 24 HRS after close of auction via PayPal. If you are the winning bidder. please be able to complete the transaction. If you fail to do so. I will use every means allowed by Ebay to do so.
