Mk1 Escort Mexico (replica)

 

1100 originally. now fitted with non running Burton 1760 with big valved head. This has been fitted recently. The twin 40's were sold separately . comes with down draft weber on manifold not fitted. Gear box fitted. no gear stick. Prop shaft missing. Diff is fitted. This car has just ran out of MOT but is taxed until the end of June. It's done less than 100 miles since last MOT. the last owner had the brake servo fail so its been removed and binned. So its not got any brakes. hand brake is working though. The car has been put on as a classified and will except offers. as these cars attract people with high expectations. This car does look extremely good in the photos yet its not quite as good as it looks. It's had lots of patches for mot work. not to a great standard but its gone through mot's. The body work is average all over. and the Mexico stickers are a bit bubbly. I just want to be as honest as possible and not waist my time nor yours. Any questions will be answered asap. I've put a high price on the classified add to see what offers I get its not worth £8000 but at the same time its worth more than a few grand. If I except your offer. I will require a deposit once viewed. Collection is no rush. V5 Present.
