You are bidding on a 1962 Ford Galaxie that has very recently had a complete frame-off restoration.   Restoration was completed in May. 2016.   We have taken the car to two different car shows and it won first place both times.   Since restoration the car has not been driven on the highway.   The following items were chrome-plated during restoration:  front and rear bumpers. all side molding. headlight bezels. tail light buckets. trunk lid molding. and roof pillar moldings.   New stainless steel rocker panel moldings and windshield.   New rear zebra panels and tail light eyebrows.   New tires and new interior with carpet. seat upholstery. door panels. and headliner.   New chrome instrument cluster and other items too numerous to mention.   The grille emblem is re-plated with 24 karat gold.   Engine was 390 ci bored to 401 ci blueprinted and balanced.   Engine has the 406 hi-performance original large diameter generator pulley and an original 406 harmonic balancer.   New roller rocker arm assembly. factory cast-iron headers. dual point distributor. aluminum intake with 3 deuces with a 3-speed on the column transmission.   The car is original Rangoon Red.   New gas tank and fuel lines.   All new brake lines.   If you have any questions above what is listed above. feel free to e-mail me.   This is a first-rate car. so bid accordingly.   Serious bidders and more than welcome to inspect the car before auction end.
