1968 Ford Mustang Hardtop Coupe


Finished Royal Maroon with a white C stripe and a Black Vinyl roof. Black comfort weave  interior
289ci V8 with automatic transmission.
Power steering. Tinted Glass. br>Factory steel styled chrome wheels with trim rings and GT centre caps.  Brand new whitewall tyres.


Just imported from the states ( North Carolina)
Runs and drives great. Just like an old Mustang should.
Car has passed its MOT. and is ready for the new owner to register making them the first UK registered keeper. I can register it in my name if required.

Now all UK registered.
Black/Silver plates fitted.
V5 in hand.

A nice straight good looking Mustang.  very good underneath.  Nice paintwork. not new. few marks here and there. but  Polishes up well. Vinyl roof is new and unmarked. with new side chrome. Newer carpets. no rips in the seats. Good door panels. Good headlining with overhead console.
Very original unmolested engine bay. original BlueFord  valve covers and air cleaner assembly. Just had oil/filter changed.
US spec aftermarket stereo. works Ok. picks up some stations.
Produced at the San Jose California plant. then onto Oregon. Stayed there then back to California for a number of years. then onto North Carolina in the mid 80's.
Produced as a V8 car (C Code) still maintains its original engine I was told. No way of checking as Ford never used matching numbers as GM did.
Please remember this car is a 1968 model and is now 48 years old. It is not a new car. Has some age related marks. some chrome has aged.
