I acquired this car in early 2000 though a broker in Texas.   The car was on its 3rd ownership and was complete and genuine. solid and almost totally rust free.   It was tired mechanically and cosmetically. but it drove  well with great power and torque that was a real revelation.     It has a very precise manual 5 speed transmission. gears sneak in like a rifle bolt.  
We soon got to work on the car to improve it.   We did all sort of work that has made the car reliable and a great driver.   The work is documented almost in its entirety. in two large binders that also report the history of this particular car since it left the factory in 1967.  
I drove the car occasionally for a few months. perhaps some 1000 kilometers in all.  
I then sold the car to a dear friend who put it in his garage with many other Italian beauties and never drove it.   He wanted the car to receive further attention.   The body was solid but tired and there were two area of rust below the two gas tanks.   He had these areas repaired with metal no plastic.    
Then things started going wrong and my friend fell hill.    I bought the car back from him to keep in the family so to say.   I am now the owner of this car for the second time.   It was 2014 and I moved from Victoria BC to Montreal on the east coast.   I took this and other cars with me.   The car is now in Montreal.  
The car has been in storage al the local Ferrari dealer since we moved.   My career is in full swing and I have no time.   I have decided to sell the car.  
Incredibly the car started on the second turn of the key after a two year slumber and settled to a nice tick-over.   the brakes and the clutch work and the car can actually be driven around the yard.  
It has been sitting for 2 years. it needs a full tune up.   All systems need going over.  
The body need sa full re spray. high quality  All parts are there. the rear bumper has been polished.   There is more to do. there is some bubbling on the right front door and  elsewhere. but it is all minor and the car is solid.   .
