1965 VW split screen double door deluxe 13 window 1500cc very rare & desirable model Built in Germany then sold in Sweden Has 2 journals of history in Sweden Imported over from Sweden in 2001 and now on UK historic reg plate so no road taxIn 2003 had £3350 re sprayIn 2002 it was in volksworld mag and was 'car of the month' and been described as a slammed split-screen camper The camper has had £1000s spent on it over the years. just some work to mention. full rock & roll bed with boards. ew clutch & fly wheel and converted to 12v in 2004 link pins king pins steering inner pin kit fitted as well in 2004 and the list goes onI have all the old mot's and import papersAlso has from 2003 AGREED VALUATION of £15. 00 (As we all know these buses have tripled in value over the last few years)and all the Bodywork and floor pans (chassis). rims interior. lectrical equipment and wiring have been given an A- RESTORED/PRISTINEThe engine was B- GOOD/VERY GOODWas last on the road in 2013It's a great looking bus and it's very very straight it's had a repaint at some point but you can see it's not full of filler. he odd dent to be expected uncut dash and nothing hacked! It's basically all there from the factory minus a few minor mod'sThe interior  door panels are all there. All the doors cargo doors and rear tail gate close fine. ulkhead is still factory and uncut. It will need the brakes going through  but the handbrake works fineNeeds some welding Rusted areas as follows. . outer sills both sides. argo floor corners. ne cross section. rivers side front wheel arch passenger's side has been. Needs repair to bottom of door panels Over all the bus is solid and has some surface rust  it's a sweet looking straight bus but it's needs welding.
