Here we have a Very Rare K CODE XY FALCON 500. his car is Factory fitted with a 351 2V Cleveland. 4speed Top Loader gearbox. a 9" Limitedslip Differential. Twin Exhaust Body and GT Suspension.
This car is number matching and is probably THE BEST UNRESTORED K CODE in Australia. It retains all factory Tags including COIL. NGINE. ARBY. EARBOX. IFF all intact and easy to read. Also there are factory ok stamps visible and factory paint dabs for the Fussiest of the Ford Collector. It's incredible the more you look for the more you find.
This car has travelled a mere 45000 miles and has all it books intact. Also the Car Salesman business card is still in the glovebox were it has been stored for the past 42 years. If your wondering why the car has XA Books its because it sat in the caryard and didn't sell until March 1972 and the caryard had no more XY Handbooks.
The car is JEWEL green in colour and has RARE PARCHMENT TRIM. (only late 11 and 12 month 1971 XY's got this trim colour). It still retains about 80 to 85% of it's ORIGINAL PAINT and a credit to the original owner who kept it this good of condition.
Included in the sale are the 5 factory Phase 2 5 slots and new whitewall tyres these wheels and caps all have Factory paint dabs and Factory stickers on them also. Also there are a set of genuine 6" inch Ford ROH steel wheels included and Fairmont hubcaps as the car come out with from factory. There other bits and peices which also come with the car too.
Remember this car isn't a GS or GT but a VERY RARE K CODE XY FORD FALCON 500.
HOW MANY XY'S WOULD HAVE BEEN BUILT LIKE IN THIS COMBO? NOT MANY THATS FORSURE.
