up for sale is my triumph stag due to the fact that i can't find the time to enjoy it to its full potential. The stag has had many new parts fitted including driveshaft gaitors. raided flexi hoses. all joints and 4 tyres to name a few and a couple of small patches of welding before it was taken for its current MOT which it flew through. he mot man even commented that its probably one of the best he had seen for a while. The car was then presented with 12months road tax (historic vehicle so therefore qualifies for free road tax)   As some of you may know from looking at the pictures it is an early mk1 vehicle and still carries all of its origional and correct fgeatures such as dials. nterior lights. orrect black wheel trims and the rare mk1 soft top to name a few of them (unlike many on ebay) The car drives faultless on the road the temp gauge stays where it should all the dials work as they should and it holds the road well and catches many eyes and turns heads as the Origional triumph V8 engine rumbles past. The downside to mention that it has a noisy thrust bearing but this doesnt stop the car performing its duties.  The outer body is reasonably good with a polish but would benefit from a tidy up and respray to bring it back to show standards which i have considered having done before the sale but then the price would be oviously a lot more. The chrome work is also quite good with little pitting to some areas such as the rear bumper but again this cleans up a treat and looks well. The soft top is the origional mk1 type with the quarter windows (drivers has a tear) and is in pretty good condition but the framehas seen better days. t does still operate reletively smoothly although it has a break at the front and i suspect a few bends and twists here and there which again is a common problem on the stag. I have included a picture of the triumph owners club magazine in which the stag is featured in on show at bristol. (other pictures are avaliable just cannot upload to ebay)   There is no doubt that i have forgotten to mention lots of things but i dont want to get carried away rambling on so please feel free to study the attatched photoes and message me any questions you may have.                All in all this is a solid usable stag which with relatively little money spent could be brought back up to show standards which could then be worth 10k upwards.   You are bidding to buy so viewing is welcomed at a time and date to suite both parties. A deposit of £100 is to be payed after auction ends and the remainder of the balance to be paid in cash or cheque.                             Cannot say possible px for another classic as this is against ebay rules. ;-)
