  1972 Triumph TR-6!!! 

   Here is an absolutely gorgeous 1972 Triumph TR-6 roadster finished that looks amazing and is the best driving TR-6 I have ever driven!!! This is a great looking car but it is also an excellent driving car. This rust free Triumph was restored by a gentleman who owned a British car restoration shop. he planned to rebuilt the best looking and driving TR-6 that he could. This car has had a host of upgrades to help the car drive unlike most TR-6s. Lots of time. effort and money has gone into the suspension and it truly shows the first time you drive through a corner. The engine was also treated to a high performance rebuilt featuring higher compression and a custom built cam shaft that yeilds an intoxicating exhaust note as well as plenty of additional power to back it up. This car has only traveled a few thousand miles since its restoration and still looks excellent. This has had its engine rebuilt. transmission gone through and resealed. all suspension rebuilt with new bushings. ball joints etc. steering rack rebuilt. all new hoses etc. I mean the list goes on and on. The paint job is absolutely beautiful and the body is laser straight and is bondo and filler free.   Everything on the car lines up incredibly well and this is one of the nicest bodies I have ever come across. This TR-6 is RUST FREE!!! The black interior is new and in excellent condition and the convertible top is a new factory style reflective top. This car also comes with a hardtop as well. This is an extremely well sorted car with no issues. This car has been driven and enjoyed and I feel confident this car could make a long journey with no issues. There are not many classic cars you can say that about!!! This car is in great shape cosmetically and mechanically. If you are looking for a great looking and great driving car. you have found it!!! This car was restored by a British car specialist for his own personal use and as a result it looks and drive incredible.   One drive in this Classic British Sports Car and with the top down on a spring day its easy to understand why these cars are so coveted by those who own them. This is a solid Triumph TR-6 that is in excellent shape  and is surely to make its new owner happy!

Exterior: The beautiful Blue paint finish on this classic looks incredible. The paint job is in excellent condition and was done to an extremly high standard. The entire car was dissasembled and the car was treated to a bare metal repaint. As you can see from the photos the body is laser straight and bondo free.   This whole car was done by professionals and it shows. The chrome bumpers have been rechromed and are in  excellent shape. The convertible top is exactly like the orignal featuring a reflective stripe and is brand new along with all new seals for the convertible top and straps.   It also comes with a nice hardtop as well. The car looks excellent with its beautiful paint and chrome trim sitting on a beautiful set of Panasport  wheels. This is one of the nicest Triumph TR-6 bodies I have ever come across and the car the best panel gaps I have ever seen on a TR-6. Overall the exterior of this Triumph is in excellent condition!!!

Interior: The beautiful Black interior is like new and in excellent shape. The seats look gorgeous and are free of rips and tears.     The door panels are also in excellent shape.   The dash board is free of any cracks or splits and the wood paneling has been refinished and looks beautiful. The tops of the dash are free of cracks and everything on the dash is working just as it should. All of the gauges work and the engine shows strong oil pressure.   All of the lights. buzzers etc. are in good working order The only thing not working is the radio which could be updated if desired! Overall the interior of this classic is in Excellent shape. Behind the wheel is a great place to waste the weekend away.

Engine:This classic 1972 Triumph TR-6  is an excellent driving and well sorted car. The engine pulls strongly and smoothly without smoking. The car fires right up and runs like a top.   The engine runs incredibly strong and was rebuilt only a few thousand miles ago. The engine has been rebuilt at an enormous expense. The transmission shifts beautifully through all the gears and the linkage feels nice and tight. The brakes have just been gone through with new pads and rotors. The brakes are strong and stop this car with ease. The car tracks down the road without wondering and freeway journeys are pleasurable. The car overall has a very tight feeling and nothing about the car feels worn out. The suspension has throughly been gone throughly been gone through with all new bushings and ball joints etc. The Panasport wheels add not only a great look to the car but are considerablly lighter than the factory wheels aiding in better ride and handling. The gorgeous wheels are wrapped in BFG-Force tires which provide this car with PLENTY of grip. The suspension is a performance minded suspension with a slightly lowered stance. adjustable sway bars front and rear. but the ride remains very comfortable. Everything on the car work from the turn signals. lights. horns. buzzers. Many "freshly restored" cars for sale have only been driven down the street and in and out of the back of a trailer for shows. this car has had all the "kinks" worked out of it and it is fully roadworthy.   This is a fun car to cruise and enjoy classic British motoring.
