Rover Mini 30 Vauxhall 1.6 engine Allspeed Frame R1 bike carbs 150BHP

Sadly up for sale is my Mini 30

I currently have too many projects on the go and getting short of space and time to complete them. I also want a motorbike on the road this summer so if youve got one and want the Mini see below.

This Mini 30 is one of only a thousand right hand drive models made without a sunroof in black. The main pic is how it last looked on the road before i took it off to fit new inner and outer sills. The original engine. subframe and ancillaries have been removed and will be supplied to return to standard if required. I have a build image gallery of the removal of the rusty panels and fitting of the new steel panels.

The original interior has been removed and dry stored it is also supplied. The car comes with a pair of Cobra Monaco S bucket seats and subrames (£300).

The 1600cc C16SE engine (£350) is out of a 59. 00 mile Astra and ran sweet. the gearbox is nice n tight too. Ive got the injection system and ECU . however . I decided not to run it and bought the lovely purpose made manifold from Bogg Bros (£250) to be used with the Yamaha R1 carbs (£180) (supplied) and powerspark distributor and electronic coil unit and wiring  (£150) . The engine has been dismantled and the head polished and ported before having the valves reground and new springs/followers fitted along with a new Kent cam NV 062 (£155). A new gasket kit is supplied and the head requires refitting etc. The engine should run about 150 BHP once set up and will fit inside the std mini roundnose.

There is an Allspeed frame supplied (£499) that will take any Vauxhall smallblock or largeblock engine and gearbox it comes with all of the brackets and mounts see the link below

The 13 inch deep dish minilites (£300) are in good condition but the unlaquered polished rims could do with buffing or spraying to match the centres which are lovely. All tyres are good (£400) there are also three new tyres supplied aswell.

A brand new set of Metro Turbo vented callipers are included (£280) along with used Metro turbo hubs discs and mini 1275 hubs to convert over.

The Mini also comes supplied with two stainless steel exhaust systems in two different bores (worth about £200). I will include a full rollcage with rear diagonal crossbar that is FIA approved (£350) doorbars do not come with it.

I will include two new front wings and full scuttle panel (£140) with the sale and a new front bumper (£40) but the mini will need two flitch panels fitting on the inner wings (£11 each) and some other small bits of welding on the front . The remainder of the boot and floor is good. the car is actually better than image 7 looks as I havnt washed or cleaned anything for the images and its been standing for 12 months.

The car requires serious work to finish and will need to be trailered away however most of the parts are here it just needs your time. The cost of the parts alone is over £3500 without the car. you try finding a decent mini for under a £1000 let alone a one in a thousand Mini 30 black.

As I said I just don't have the time to finish the Mini as Ive got two classic VW Beetles a Vespa and a Lambretta on the go.

I also want a Ducatti 750/900 SS. Laverda. arley. riumph or Twin cylinder chopper  on the road for the summer (no 4 cylinder jap bikes please) so if you've got one of these or something similar and are interested let me know.
