Shipping Information
We are happy to help you ship your vehicle coast to coast.  The cost for shipping is not included in the purchase price of your vehicle.  You can add this cost into your financing or pay for it separately.  We set up shipping both enclosed and open.  Once your vehicle leaves our premises we are released from liability for its condition.  It is recommended that you insure your vehicle from date of purchase.  Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.  Pre-owned cars are subject to normal wear and tear.  We try to describe a vehicle's condition as accurately as possible.  Please ask any questions prior to placing your bid.  All cars come with 1 (one) key and no floor mats unless specifically stated in the listing.  All pre-owned cars potentially have paintwork unknown to us.  We cannot guarantee that any car has not been touched up or painted.  We do our best to weed out any cars with significant damage.  We encourage you to have any vehicle you are considering inspected at the shop of your choice.

Payment Terms
The successful high bidder will submit a $1. 00 non-refundable initial payment within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.  Winner agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction.  All financial transactions must be completed before delivery or shipment of the vehicle.

Payment Methods
Cash (in person). certified check. bank wire transfers. or 3rd-party financing are accepted.  Major credit cards may be used for your initial payment up to $3500.

Fees and Taxes
All buyers will pay a $599 Dealer Fee that covers all prep work and documentation.  In-state buyers must pay GA Sales Tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state. county. city taxes and fees. as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.  Sales tax will be collected on all financed out of state deals according to the buyer's local tax rate.  That tax is then submitted to the buyer's local motor vehicle department.  A $138 fee is charged for this service.  We are professionals in the business of selling quality luxury and exotic vehicles and we take our business very seriously.  We reserve our auctions for qualified buyers and registered bidders within the eBay Community.
