CLASSIC MORRIS MINI 1972 fantastic much loved and cared for car

Welcome to the auction of Moses the Morris mini. As the photos show this is a very pampered and prized classic mini. I purchased this car nearly 2 years ago after searching for ages to find a nice example that wasn't too abused. Since then I have spent lots of time and indeed money on creating a mini exactly to my style. Sadly it doesn't get used as much as it should and I just don't think it ever will. intended to use it as weekend family car to create fond memories of classic motoring for my wife and 3 year old daughter. Busy work schedule and the realisation that kids don't really care for cars and car shows brings me to this stage! I will regret selling it as even a trip to the garage to collect frozen peas bring a smile to my face when I see the car!! As you can tell I'm an enthusiast and have looked after the car accordingly. All new interior including Newton commercial fitted carpets. £600 bucket seats and matching rear cover. Dynamat sound proofing fitted throughout. New centre console. steering wheel. seat belts. Boot is lined out and fitted with battery cut off switchOther new parts include grill. larger alternator. wiper motor. coil. ht leads. and various shiny engine detailing bits I bought while detailing the engine bay. New stainless wipers and jets etc.  Basically if I could replace something for new shiny bits I have!Car was rolling road tuned and I have print out which shows a very healthy 74bhp at the wheels.
Does have minor flaws but nothing major. since the tune the distributor slipped. I have had it static timed but ideally I would have this rolling roaded again which I intend to do before sale. Also one door skin requires about an ince of welding as its got a slight crack where it meets the door frame. Small job which I could do if the car goes for right price. if not it's a very simple job.
Car has done less than 1000 miles since last mot so I know it will fly through againSorry for going on but I really do love this car!
