Hello. this is my listing for my C4 `Vette. It`s not my usual choice of car. I fancied a change to the large sedans I normally drive - something that would handle / go better for the moneyI`m spending in fuel. Anyway. I`ve found that the `Vette`s ride is rather firm for my taste and it`s a bit awkward getting out of it too so I`m selling up and going back to a sedan.
This car is in excellent all round condition in every department. It starts first time. stops well and in a straight line. goes strong / pulls strong and steers quickly with a taught / smooth action - it`s basically a go-kart for adults. With less than 250hp. it`s still quick without being ridiculously so but the torque available is immense and really throws the car along the road. Youcan easily drive the car in top gear alone from almost walking pace right up to motorway speeds (and beyond) or enjoy using the manual shift (4sp + o/d) - it`s both light and positive as is the clutch. The panel work. bodyshell. subframes. running gear and drive line are in exceptionally clean condition. straight and completely free of corrosion of any description. There`s much physicalevidence of regular maintenance underneath the car and it shows in the way it performs.  Mechanically. the car is again in excellent condition. no odd / untoward noises or smells are present. Some of the paint has chipped off from around the seem where the rear tail cone meets the rear quarter / rear panel. It`s been touched in with a brush and is only visible on close inspection. The car used to marks the ground with a spot of oil when the car stands for a few days. this. I discovered upon changing the engine oil & filter. turned out to be engine oil from the oil cooler feed & return piping and so these have been tightened. The car doesn`t loose any of it`s other fluids. A split is present in the drivers seat base that does not affect comfort. it just looks ugly.  A full complement of tools accompany the car along with a spare wheel.   
The Mustang I`ve bought from Florida is on it`s way so space is now at a premium in my yard - sale needed!

I'm in search of a manual C4 with OD actuator (switch) on the lever.
I read the car is also on Ebay but could not find it.
