1959 MGA Roadster original, corrosion free and fitted with 1622cc engine for sale

A Los Angeles car since new and fitted with a 1622 cc engine !!
I bought this car as a keeper for full restoration as she is totally original. nbsp;corrosion and rust free through living in California all of her life.
She was advertised coming from an estate sale. believed to have been only one owner and started life as a white car (I have Heritage certificate)
Somewhere in her 60 years she was painted red (now very sun bleached) and uprated with a Mk2 1622cc engine
She is complete with hood frame and cover. tonneau. side screens with storage pouch. jack and toolkit. spare wheel with clamp.
As you can see in photos the door fit and gaps are great which is rare for an MGA and the marks in the boot photo are where carpet felt was glued.
She was sold to me running. but as she had stood for so long. I flushed the radiator and engine fitting a new water pump. the fuel tank has been steam cleaned. new brake shoes. wheel cylinders. flexi- hoses. new brake lines. master cylinder. clutch slave cylinder and has great tyres alround
She runs at correct temp with strong oil pressure 50-60 psi. new RHD headlamps fitted and everything works correctly and she drives very well.
U. K. Registered with MOT and all duties paid. with Heritage Certificate
If you want to turn this MGA into an A1 example like some advertised at £25-35k then she will need fresh paint. interior re-trim. new carpets. and new hood . Or use her as a rat-look original !
Im selling her very reluctantly due to time and expense of my Jaguar E Type project !I do have the car advertised elsewhere and reserve the right to remove at any time
