This auction is for a mercedes benz 280te petrol engined car
The car belongs to an elderly friend of mine called Ray. he is very honest and open and will tell you everything you wish to know about the vehicle.
Chesterfield is the current location of the vehicle and his contact is 01773 590221.
The car has been parked up for roughly 10 yrs. last week we took off the storage covers to find a well preserved car. Good paintwork and good chrome work.
Myself and a friend who has restored plenty of cars today fitted a battery and fresh fuel and she fired into life with no problems at all. A lovey 2. 8 ltr 6 cylinder engine that requires nothing doing at all.
Suspension seems to be working fine also.
Gearbox is free from faults again.
I drove the car today around 2/3miles and it drives excellent. It will obviously need new tyres etc to be road worthy and a general check over.
It has no tax or test and the current mileage is 162. 00 which is around 5000 per year.
I would advise a viewing to any serious parties
