MGB GT . chassis number G-HD3/134740G one of the rarer series 1 cars. Original engine and gearbox fitted. Grampian grey. again a very rare and desirable colour.
Manufactured on the 16th August 1967. I have a letter from the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust confirming this.
Mot until June 6th 2014 and taxed until the end of July 2013. (this is of course historic so will cost you £0. 00).

Originally sold from new to Jersey in 1967 and then came back in 1978 to the UK. Only 3 former keepers since 1978.

Fantastic interior as you can see. All receipts to prove.
Recent new seat covers and seat diaphragms  have been fitted. Black with white pinstripe.
Recent new black carpets.
Recent new front and rear chrome bumpers. New front overriders. Rear overriders are not new but in good shape.
All brake pipes and hoses were replaced with new in 2007.
Brake discs and pads were again renewed in 2007.
New 13 row oil cooler fitted in 2007.
New clutch fitted in 2007.

Webasto sunroof fitted.

Both sills and floorpans are in very good condition.
Battery immobilizer fitted. Converted to 1x 12volt battery.
Starts eagerly and on the button.
Quite a clean and detailed engine bay. the paint here is good!!!

NOW this car looks stunning in the pictures but the paintwork does let it down. There is no rust BUT the grampian grey paint is VERY DULL and if I were to keep this MG. I would treat her to a full respray.
It is presentable 10 yards away. but up close and personal it is poor. SO PLEASE DONT BID AND THEN TRY TO HAGGLE ME DOWN BY MOANING ABOUT THE PAINTWORK!!!!!!!!
My feedback is over 450+++ and I am very honest. to bring this up to top condition it needs a respray. but perfectly usable if you dont want a show queen.
Horrible Land Rover radio fitted. PLEASE PUT IN A NICE PERIOD UNIT IF YOU WIN!!!! But it does work!!!!

To cover costs and to prove you are genuine please. £200 deposit by paypal as soon as the auction ends please.
Remainder in cash on collection within 14 days.
ONLY BIDDERS WITH OVER 20 FEEDBACK PLEASE unless you email me with your contact details BEFORE you bid. Same applies to overseas bidders. email me your details before placing a bid.

All the best and please email me if you wish to view.

Very rare and unusual period steering wheel fitted. I have only ever seen flat ones before. This is domed towards you.
