1977 Toyota Land Cruiser

1977 FJ40 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER / FACTORY DUNE BEIGE. ALL ORIGINAL PAINT. JUST CLEAR COATED LAST WEEK FOR PROTECTION OF ORIGINAL PATINA. ooks just beautiful. Patina now captured in time. Painting it would have ruined it in our opinion. This 1977 FJ40. in my opinion and those who have helped me REFRESH and LIGHTLY RESTORE IT. could drive anywhere in the United States including Alaska with no issues. I could have painted it. could have left it alone or could have fully restored it. but after much thought we decided to clear coat it to protect the incredible original painted condition.  It is. as you know. extremely rare and hard to find all original painted Land Cruisers without cancer rust.  Mine has zero cancer rust. Extremely beautiful original condition. I can't give it away but based on it's original paint and overall condition ( including perfect running engine condition ) I have set the reserve fairly.  If you have any questions please send them along and I will answer them and then post for everyone to read. Also. I will be doing a video showing the cruiser in a cold start position. It runs perfect. I will also add misc. details to this auction when I think of other stuff.  I may have missed some things but please note. I have all the receipts of work that I have done to the cruiser and will send those along to the winning bidder. It has always been covered or garaged since new.  A PERFECT DAILY DRIVER.  Gets a lot of attention due to the beauty of the original paint and clear coat that brings out the cruisers history over the past 40 years. A rare bird for sure. Great investment.  If you leave it alone and don't paint it. it will continue to go up in value every year. Just passed California Smog a few months ago.
