This is a 1958 MGA Coupe I have owned since 1981. It was a great running car and when I parked it around 1996 but it was in need of a carb rebuild. Now 20 yeas later. it will need that. all the fluids drained and refreshed. a tune up. battery. brakes and tires to be a road worthy car. more if you want to restore it. The engine was strong and the trans had an intermittent issue with the second gear syncro. The great thing about it is. no structural rust. The paint burned off the roof and had some surface rust which I primered. but the frame. body and trunk as well as trunk seal area. have no rust. The car is very complete and though missing the front valance. right head lamp door. rear over riders and passenger interior door handle in the pictures. those parts are all there and will be coming with it. It is missing the spare tire wedge plate. the jack and tool kit. the windshield and back window aluminum trims and the spare tire riveted ring that holds the fabric cover. The car was originally a dark blue. but over the years was repainted. red. orange and lastly. green. The windshield is cracked. but all other glass is intact and in very good condition. All window rubber is in need of replacement. The wiring appears in good condition. Ask any questions prior to bidding. The car has a clear title in my name. but hasn't been registered in 20 years. so it is off the California computer. The shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. A $1000. 00 deposit via Paypal is required within 24 hours of winning the auction. balance within 7 days. I can store the car for up to 30 days. after which arrangements will need to be made.
