This 1 of 1 Boss 302 is one of the nicest examples of a 1970 Boss 302 you will find.  This low mile car (35. 00 documented miles) is still equipped with the original options the car left the factory with.  This car has been restored to very High standards (pictures can not do this car justice!).  This car drives. performs. and handles as good as it looks.  When one mentions the name Boss 302 it holds a special "prestige" and Ford won the 1970 SCCA Trans-am Championship in a Boss 302 with Bud Moore (also from Spartanburg. SC).  This car was ordered and spent most of its life in California and is 100% rust free.  On a scale of 1 to 10 the sheet metal and paint is a 9. 9 (i will not give any car a 10…).  This car was ordered with the rare W-Code 4. 30 Locking Rear Axles which also automatically added a oil cooler to this Boss.  The undercarriage has also been highly detailed with the correct paint and markings.  The interior is like new (but mostly original). shows extremely well. and equipped with the fold-down rear seat (rare for 1970).  The original style F60x15 Goodyear Polyglas tires really make this car pop.  Even though this car only has 35. 00 miles this car did go back to Ford and received the Ford Replacement D1ZE-6015-BA Block sometime time in the 70's.  This car still retains its correct heads. exhaust manifolds. intake. shaker assembly.
