I am selling this car as I have just bought another classic car and do not have the room to keep them both.
I have owned and loved this car for over 20 years. There is nothing I do not know about its history.
This car was originally a metallic blue Mini Mayfair. I converted it many years ago to a 1275cc car and sprayed it red.
I am going to list all the improvements and recent repairs/ replacements made to the car that make it such a good purchase.
9 months MOT left.  Probably done less than 30 miles since last MOT.
A series engine.  Doesn't smoke on start up or acceleration. Starts well. Engine probably done around 30. 00 miles since fitted. Yearly serviced with fresh oil and filter.  K and N filter. big bore inlet manifold with a SU 1. 75 inch carburetor fitted.  Has electronic ignition (luminition halls chip) fitted. never misfires. runs smoothly and never lets me down. New cap. HT leads and Coil fitted 2012. Put on a rolling road in 2010 and professionally tuned. Produced 66 bhp at engine. Max speed 99 mph.
Standard exhaust. Found that big bore just got caught on speed bumps.
New battery fitted with warranty
Low back bucket seats fitted.
It has 10 inch mamba wheels with 165/70/10 tyres. these are all in good condition. Yokohama's at the front and Falcon at rear. Has a spare mamba wheel in the boot.
It has Cooper S disc brakes. It is servo assisted (see photos)Braided brake hoses all round. Brand new pressure reducing valve. Brand new brake master cylinder. Front piston seals replaced 2011. New rear brake pistons for MOT. Replaced brake fluid DOT4.  Brakes have been serviced prior to the MOT. Brakes work brilliantly for a mini. stops in a straight line does not pull to one side.
No whining from gearbox. does not jump out of gear. 4 speed box. Very minimal oil leak from around driveshaft and gearbox selector seals.
Front wheel bearings and swivel ball joints replaced 2014.
Verto Clutch fitted. New clutch slave cylinder fitted this year.
New steering rack and steering column fitted 2 years ago.
New wiper motor and wiper wheel boxes replaced 2011
The body of the car is in good condition.  
Some of the paint areas that i have had to touch up do not quite match. Its really hard to match reds up because they degrade in the sun.
Some minor rust on roof corner above passenger door and on bottom of passenger door (see photos)
New door step panels and A panels fitted this year.
New Quality windscreen fitted around a year and half ago
Low back bucket seats with head rests.
New rear sub frame and attachments (radius arms etc) fitted 2012
