THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN MY CAR. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AD BEFORE BIDDING OR MAKING A REASONABLE OFFERS

First off. let me say I am reposting this car as well as UPDATING THE AD AND DESCRIPTION.

This will explain in detail all of the money and time that has went into this car since the last posting that will explain the increase in the asking price from the last time this car was up for sale.

I have just invested over $1500. 00 in parts and labor in the last 30 days.

Here is the list of what has been done since the last time this car was offered for sale. These things were done because of ALL THE INTEREST I HAD RECEIVED IN THIS CAR.

The engine compartment has been completely detailed as you can tell by the PICTURES

Here is a list of BRAND NEW PARTS.

Alternator Voltage regulator.  Battery  Stock carburetor.  The head was removed and then reinstalled with a copper head gasket instead of the paper one                          The rest of the engine has all NEW gaskets as well  A complete tune up plugs. wires. cap. rotor and an oil change  Fuel filter  Heater Hoses  Water pump  Radiators hoses  Custom air cleaner/air filter.

The inside also had a make over done with a BRAND NEW Pioneer CD player with USB and MP3 player connections installed in a custom center console so not to cut up the DASH as well as four new speakers SOUNDS GREAT. The factory AM radio was installed NOT hooked just for that retro look. The entire door jams and spare tire compartment underwent a make over. This car has the factory JACK. TIRE CHALKS AND TOOL KIT.

Description of the interior of the car is pretty much all original headliner with one small tare the size of a dime. door panels. the dash. and rear seat THAT could stand to be reupholstered.

The front seats have been replaces with 240z bucks way more comfortable for those long trips and the carpet has been redone defiantly not show quality.

Now for the thing and description of the rest of the car which has been done in the last year

Parts that I have installed my self in the last year Electronic Ignition. radiator. heater core all of the Brakes have been redone with wheel cylinders. master. shoes everything as well as the clutch master and slave cylinder.

At the same time new gas shocks up front and air shocks in the rear were installed

This is originally from California until it was transplanted to Tennessee in September of 2012. So this is not a RUST BUCKET pretty rare for a 47 year old car that has not had a complete frame up restoration.

This car was equipped factory with a J13 engine and a 4 speed standard transmission

It has been upgraded to a J15 engine this engine was installed by the privies owner about 9 years ago. Since then the car has had less then 10k miles put on it.

This car has all of the original emblems which are GOLD. molding and even the original ROOF RACK.

At this time. the car is still currently registered in California with BOTH OF THE ORIGINAL BLACK CALIFORNIA LICENSE PLATES that were issued to this car in 1966. the California title is clean and clear in my name.

This car has been painted SATIN POWER BLUE which was the original color of the car however. it would need a little bit more body work and a new paint job in order to be considered a SHOW CAR and valued at the NADA HIGHEST VALUE. Although in the present condition. this is a really GREAT LOOKING CAR and a real EYE CATCHER. It always is receiving the thumbs up. I am always getting WOW WHAT A KOOL CAR from all ages of people no matter where I go.

It is sitting on old school Western Bullet custom wheels wrapped with BRAND NEW TIRES that have less then 500 miles on them.

Heater blows HOT. defroster works. all of the lights in the dash. even the dome light and the under hood factory drop light for inspections in the dark.

THIS CAR IS MY DAILY DRIVER THAT WILL RUN ABOUT 80 MPH ON THE FREEWAY WITH NO PROBLEMS.

This car never had A/C and still does not

I am hoping to recieve bidding based on the NADA pricing for ANTIQUE and Classic cars

High value is $9. 50. 00 and Average is $4475. 00 this car is not in the high range in my opinion. However. with all of the upgrades and latest work that has been done to it. It defiantly is NOT AN AVERAGE CAR so I feel that somewhere in the lower middle of the NADA value is very fare.

Now for the winner and purchaser of this VERY RARE AND KOOL CAR

A $1000. 00 deposit will need to be paid immediately after the close of the sale and only into my pay pal account. The balance of the purchase price will be due within 7 days after the sale in the form of a money order. I am also will to help pay for the shipping cost of this car as a good faith courtesy if I get my buy it now price I will split the cost of shipping or some of the cost for a local pick up buyer. If I receive more then the reserve price I will also bitch in some money to help out the buyer. I THINK THAT IS MORE THEN FARE.

Now for the most asked question WHY WOULD I SALE THIS AWESOME CAR. Well I built it for my teenage daughter so you can image how dependable. reliable and clean it had to be in order to put my daughter in it as her first car. However now that we are in Tennessee she has decided that she wants a TRUCK go figure.

This car is also being advertised locally for $6000. 00 cash. I do have a few guys that have made appointments to come see the car. So I reserve the right to cancle this ebay aution if this car sales locally

If there is any question that you could have after this long and lengthy ad please feel free to TEXT ONLY at 731-431-1948

Thank You for reading this long and wordy ad. I just wanted to make sure and hope that I have answered all of the questions for all of the people that are SEROUS BUYERS

I am adding this revision mainly for all of the people that have shown serous interest in my car. I do want to thank all of you that have emailed me with great questions and very complementary comments. I know that most of the buyers on eBay like to wait until the last minute to place there final bids. However. I just wanted to notify those of you that have said you are going to wait to see where the auction goes up to. Right now. I have a pending offer from a local man that is offering me two cars as a trade. Even though these cars are defiantly worth the value. I feel my car is worth if not quite a bit more. I do have my reservation about this deal since he is going to be turning it in to a drag car. I have spent a lot of time and money trying to keep this little gem as original as possible and would hate to know that it is going to be cut up and no longer be a part of the classic Datsun community. I would much rather see this car go to a real Datsun Lover. He is kind of pressuring me to make a decision and close the auction early so that he is guarantied to end up with the car. He is giving me about 24 hours to make a decision wanting me to close the auction tomorrow. So if those of you that had expressed how serious you are about this car but are going to wait until the last minute to place your max bid. You might want to consider putting in your max bid now so that I will be able to make a decision to take the trade or let the auction run its full length. If not I still appreciate all of the interest and great emails that I received. I wish you luck in your search to find a rare and hard to find classic Datsun in this condition and HAPPY BIDDING.

If you still have any questions or want to see more pictures. disuse shipping arrangements. you can email. or text me at 731-431-1948 and I will respond ASAP since we are running out of time.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

A memory: I had a 411 wagon in grad school and I loved it so much even though everyone laughed at it. One of my favorite memories is that the rubber gasket at the bottom of the gear shift pole always popped out of the floor so I was frequently driving and would look down and see the road passing by under the car!! I transported everything you could imagine in that car: hand-me-down furniture, sister and friends to the beach with car top carrier loaded up, friends, visiting scientists, pets, you name it. I paid $400 for it following divorce and it got me through 6 years of grad school from '72-'78. I passed it to my sister when I left SC for fellowship in California and I never saw it again. I still dream about it! I wish I had kept it, but isn't that life?

Please don't sell to buyer for drag car. These are so rare!! I had one just like it in grad school and I dream of getting it (or clone) back one day. If I had the money I would buy yours right now. Please do not let it turn into a drag car. Terrible waste!! You don't need the money that bad!! Save this car please!!
