1966 Chrysler NEW Yorker Hardtop MAY Suit Chev Mustang Buyers in VIC

Regrettable sale my rare optioned 1966 Chrysler New Yorker Hardtop. Genuine 91. 00miles low owner car.

Matching numbers 440 TNT . 27 torqueflite and 3. 23sure grip 8 3/4diff.

The car is a super rare hardtop and you would be lucky to find another with its options.

Car is factory desert beige. crimson red interior. factory 440 TNT. T-bar auto. suregrip diff. with air conditioning. rear heater. power steering. Car also has all the factory books. even the factory owners manual. Even the ash trays are like new.

Car has nearly gone through a near complete chassis off restoration.

Listed below is what has been done to the car.

All rust removed and car repainted from original desert beige to Chrysler 300 red to match the factory crimson interior.

Complete undercarriage has been rebuild from rebuilding the factory leaf springs. new bushes and ball joints in the front end. Stone guarded undercarriage also.

All new wheel cylinders. brake lines. new brakes through out. Also converted the single circuit master cylinder to dual circuit for safety. Brakes are factory 11x3 inch drums at the front and 11x 2. 5 inch at the rear.

Fuel tank has also been replaced as well as new fuel tank sensor fitted.

New uni joints has also be fitted. Auto transmission has also been overhauled

As the motor had only done 91. 00miles I just fitted new bearings. stem seals. water pump. new radiator imported from the states. rear main seal. iming chain and gask

Motor runs great and cruise on the road nicely.

Car has brand new 15 inch magnum wheels 15x7 at the front and 15x8 at the back with 225/70 tires at the front and 255/60 at the rear.

I also sourced from the states near NOS tail lights as the original ones where pitted.

The car also has the original twin exhaust which is in good condition tho I fitted 2 two mufflers.

Some of the moulds and trims have been repair and rechromed.

The interior of the car is all original except for the roof lining which is brand new.

The interior is in great condition but comes with new metallic vinyl if you want retrim the seats.

The interior is in great shape for being 50 years old.

The boot floor is also fitted with a replacement factory style boot mat.

The Car drives great and would make a great cruiser.

Only selling the car as I now have limited space and no room to keep it undercover.

I also have the complete photo records on what has been done to the car if wanted to be seen.

Car shouldn't need anything for Rwc and is currently on non transferable club rego.

It will be a regrettable sale and I will miss it as it's a pleasure to drive.
