The series 60 was added to the Cadillac line of vehicles in 1938 all of these were built at the Fleetwood plant. but were marketed as a Fisher Body Car. The Series 60 was designed to look like a convertible sedan and its design had many trend setting features such as no running boards which was soon to be followed by all makes. two-piece convertible style doors. a four window canopy. and a steeply raked windshield. The 60 Special is powered by its original numbers matching 346 cubic inch V8 engine mated to the original 3 speed manual transmission. This Cadillac is all original other than one repaint of the beautiful Robin Egg Blue exterior finish which is a perfect color to offset the all original tan cloth interior. With just over 20. 00 actual miles on this Cadillac you feel as though you have taken a step back in time seeing this beautiful sedan in like new condition.
