1969 Ford Galaxie 500

So. I've been enjoying cruising through the summer in this car SO much. I 'forgot' to relist it.
Knocked a couple of grand off the asking price. sub £10k? Go on. find better. I challenge you ;-)
A good few hundred miles racked up now with no issues. We replaced the coil when we MOT'd it a couple of months ago and also replaced the shiny new condenser which was making it run like a sack of spuds. No issues since. Did a 200 mile round trip in it a week or two ago to meet a keen bean who was desperate to trade for a 'Vette. The 'Vette didn't make it.  allegedly. We were ok though!
1969 Ford Galaxie 500 pillarless coupe.  302ci V8 Auto. column shift with power steering.
Just completed import and registration. Duty paid. 12 months MOT. New Tyres. 58k with detailed service history (hand written on the original owners handbook) up to 55k which was in 1986!!! YES this car has done only 3000 miles in the last 30 years. There has been some minor re-comissioning done on the brakes but this car is EXACTLY as it left the factory in '69.
It is in it's original Gold paint and comes with original steel wheels and hubcaps. The interior shows signs of UV degradation to the cloth upholstery (see photos) and there is a split on the dash (see video). I have deliberately shown this in the YouTube video below. There are a couple of very small holes in the headliner above the driver but they are small and don't look like they're a result of damage or neglect (can send photo). There is no structural rust on this car and the boot floor has been replaced to a surprisingly professional standard. go figure.
Everything works as new except the fuel gauge. The radio even sounds really good!
100% complete. nothing missing.
This car is in truly outstanding original condition.  I'll wager there's nothing out there like this.  
You can get seat and dash covers from the US. cheap and easy but that's up to the new owner (choose your colour/pattern). As are exhaust modification and spanky wheels (if that's your bag. takes all sorts)!
The car starts. runs. drives and stops faultlessly. It started on the key when we collected it from the docks and went straight through the MOT with the only work required being fitting of UK beam pattern headlights and new tyres. All of the seatbelts are present and you may notice in the photos that there is an early form of three point seatbelt for driver and front passenger at the top of the door aperture.
I understand Cornwall is a haul for some people but if you choose to view this car and find it not as described. I'll refund your travel costs. Simple.
