For auction a very nice 1968 Triumph TR250 Overdrive car. rom what the previous owner told me it was sold new to a gentleman in the U. S. Embassy he kept it for a number of years and then sold it to a gentleman in the Danish Embassy. hen he was transferred home after a number of years he took the car with him and performed a sympathetic restoration on the car. his i believe was in the mid 90's. e was then transferred to the Japanese consulate and took the car with him again. he gentleman that i purchased it from was a member of the Canadian embassy in Japan and got to know the owner of the car and purchased from him in around the year 2000. hen he was transferred back to Ottawa Canada he brought it with him and then retired to Nova Scotia where i eventually purchased the car from him. o as you can see it has an interesting history. he car is a very solid example of  a tr250. ever patched up as far as i can tell. he car runs very well and everything works as it should including the overdrive. s i said earlier in the description the paint is older but shines very well and is very presentable the underside and interior is also very nice as can be seen in the photos. have put a very reasonable reserve on the Triumph so please serious bidders only with money. hipping is up to the client. will help any way i can but buyer pays the shipping costs please be aware that the triumph is in Nova Scotia Canada. he vehicle is sold as is where is no warranty implied or given. ny questions will be answered promptly. hank you. nd good luck bidding.

I just want to add that the original colour of the tr250 was Jasmin. posted a photo of the data plate which shows the code in the original description but I forgot to make add that it was Jasmin in the original written description. am sorry for any confusion on this. he car underwent the complete colour change when the car was painted in the mid 90's and as the photos show it was a very good job with the door jams inner engine bay and inner trunk all done properly. hank you.
