1958 registered Volkswagen Beetle ragtop. chassis & vin plate shows it as Jan 1959.  

Chassis & vin plate match but the current 1200 engine isn't the original one.

Engine and gearbox have just been totally rebuilt and have only done 500km.

It is in great shape for its age. true survivor. Only welding that I can find is in the spare wheel well.

As you will see in the photos I have had it up on the lift and the underside is truly amazing.

Body work is also very nice and looks like all original panels.

The person that I bought the car from owned it for around five years. all that he had done to the car was the engine rebuild.

The owner prior to him owned the car for around 15 years. he is responsible for painting the roof white. He also had a new interior fitted. Carpets are good but look a bit messy in the photos. I will give them a clean when I get a chance and update the photos.

Sliding roof works really well. there is a new light brown roof included with the car.

Interior is in great condition.

It drives really well and feels tight. no play in the steering.

Has a current Finnish MOT and has been used only in the summer months. 1

Payment to be made by bank transfer. sorry no PayPal as to many scams. Another option is to pay an agreeable sum and the remaining balance upon collection from Harwich or when the car is delivered to you.
The car is in Finland and can be shipped to your front door in the UK or worldwide. please ask for a price. Shipping to Southampton & Harwich costs £650 and is to be added to the final price.

There is no import duty to pay into the UK as it is classed as -Movement of goods within the EU (UK is still part of the EU) but of course you can look into this yourself.
