I'm selling this MiGi 1952 Replicar MGTD convertible for a friend of mine who lost her husband and is trying to settle up the estate. It's been stored in a barn since 2002 till we pulled it out last fall. After sitting all those years we spent till now working on it since then and have gone through it front to rear. Almost too many parts to list. but basically all new ignition. carburetor rebuilt. new tires. new battery. all new brake system including shoes. wheel cylinders. lines. hoses. and master cylinder. new windshield. complete buff of the gel coat. new head lights. new gas tank. new fuel pump and fuel lines. re-dyed carpets with new mats. new dash switches as needed. new speedometer cable. new front and rear bumpers. the list goes on and on. This has a 1600cc VW engine and the VW four speed transmission. It was built on a 1970-71 VW Beetle pan like they used to do with the Dune Buggies. so all the suspension is VW.  Cash or certified bank check ONLY.  PayPal deposit of $500 due within 24 hours of auction closing. Can be seen by appointment only by contacting me in advance.

eBay's email system isn't allowing me to answer questions right now. so I'll try to update here. The vehicle is registered as a 1952 Replica Convertible and has a NYS transferable registration which the owner has in her possession. Vehicles built prior to 1972 (?) do not have a title. only this transferable registration. The engine runs very well on today's gasoline.

I've had some questions about the convertible top. so I've added photos. The hardware for the bows is already installed in the cab. but I thought the car looked better with no top so I left them off. There are a couple small nibble holes in the carry bag for the top and one small one in the lower edge of the top. These should be visible in the photos.
