For Sale I unfortunately have my 1972 MGB Roadster. This is a genuine 1972 original car with original engine and body (Although lots of work has been done).
Top of the range car with most options from new including overdrive on the dash and wire wheels

This vehicle also comes with a fairly rare hardtop. The hood is in good condition and hasn't seen many miles.
The vehicle has done a genuine 84. 40 miles from new.
I am regrettably selling this due to personal circumstances. The vehicle is very solid and I looked for a long time before I bought this one. The engine is superb and has been regularly serviced by all owners. The car spent the majority of its life in Richmond where it was spoiled. This is a very solid car unlike a lot.

I have recently installed a new battery. a new electronic fuel pump from Mike Rolls MG and I have replaced the carb jets. I have also had the carbs cleaned and tuned this week for the new owner. There is also a fresh MOT on the vehicle. The tuning and MOT were done by MGB Specialist 'Hearns of Taunton'. They have done 25 to 30 full restorations in the past 6 years.
I spent a further £750 on the car last week including two new tyres. carb tuning and balancing. brake rebuilding and various other works to recommission it after it had been of the road for a few years. The car has also been valeted for sale. I currently do at least a few miles in it every day. I will post a link for a video shortly.

The vehicle runs really well with plenty of power. It has been so well looked after in its life and any detracting points. which aren't many. were during storage.

The car is very solid but has rust spots on the bonnet from condensation drips over a period of a few years whilst in storage. The car would need painting to look its best. I was due to have the vehicle painted and a few bits of chrome etc done last month but this was not done due to the situation of the painter involved. There are other areas of rust which are superficial but would need painting to look the best.
The interior is in exceptionally good original condition with vinyl weave seats. I have two folders of receipts and documentation for work done which is over £20. 00 in total.
I have a full and comprehensive history documenting the last two owners. The car has chrome bumpers and wire wheels which would have featured on the car when new. This is NOT a conversion. The car had a lovely life in Richmond where it was spoilt. There is a functional radio.
The car is in exceptionally good structural condition with none of the usual problems eg sills
I  have some spare parts including a new chrome wire wheel. A lot of the chrome can be cleaned but if you are spending money it would be worth replacing. This car has the potential to be one of the better ones.
Other extras include a  luggage rack and a hardtop.
