This is a rare and original HS Chevette which is one of the first batch of 150 cars produced. For those that do not know what this car is the HS was Vauxhalls's answer for a homologation road car of their Chevette rally car.   a twin cam 2. 3 litre engine with twin carbs and a five speed gearbox the HS was a quick car in its day.  
This example has just over 54. 00 miles on the clock and has been off the road since 1992. engine does turn over how ever i has not started it up. It is original  right down to the period radio. It will need new carpets and a repair to the drivers seat. There is some small areas of light surface rust in places. orst bit on base of drivers door but nothing major and it is very solid. It has how ever at some time had seals fitted this could be due to accident damage and these have not been fitted very well at all.  The logbook is with the car and there is an HS alloy spare. The car has no mot or tax and will need transporting away. It is being sold as a parts /spares car or a restoration projet i am happy to sell it to any one who comes with car trailer and hard cash as sold it twice to people from far away they have come and not been happy with car   Cash on collection.
