This ‘numbers matching' Mercedes-Benz 280SL Pagoda was originally built for the Canadian market and first registered there on February 28th. 1971. The car was exported to the Netherlands from Alberta. Canada in the late 1990's. It has had extensive work carried out by “Geevers” in the Netherlands from 1999 onwards and then more recently. by the ‘Frank Van Lanen” Mercedes dealership. An original handbook and a factory data sheet accompanies the car. along with a well documented history of work undertaken.

The car presents itself in gorgeous condition. It drives beautifully just as one might expect from one of the last of these quality oriented mercedes cars. This is a very useable daily driver type car in fine order with a pleasant original feel not having been restored to concours ordr.

This Mercedes 1971. 280SL Pagoda was supplied as standard in left hand drive with a black soft top and colour coded hardtop. The interior i sblack hide with beige mercedes carpets.

Options were: Power Steering & Automatic Transmission. The car is situated with us in Grays and registered in the UK. A Fresh MOT and Service shall be provided prior to sale.
