Only approximately 5 54 Corvettes have been judged by the NCRS and recieved 98. 5% or higher.  This one was 99. 5%.  Owned and restored by one of the founders of the NCRS.  Bloomington Gold. Top Flight. etc etc. All judging sheets available. As fine as there is. Car is now in an extensive GM collection in Calgary.
