LUXURY MOTORSPORT GROUP INC. is excited to offer a freshly completed 1965 GT350 Mustang Fastback. We call it the famous Eleanor's Kid sister!!

With over 3 years of labor in the build this is one of the finest recreations of a 1965 Ford Mustang you will ever lay eyes on.   The previous owner. a real Mustang car buff. nbsp; started with a 1965 Ford Mustang 2+2 - a rust free. USA car originally delivered with a 289 block and still with her original USA black license plate.   She was then completely taken apart and stripped down to bare metal to ensure a perfect finished product.   The body was meticulously blocked and sanded while the show quality DuPont Pepper Grey paint was applied in multiple stages with a healthy dose of clear.  

Every gap lines up better than the factory ever could manage. and custom body work eliminates the gaps around the front grill and rear tail lights. Rounding out the custom body touches are a fabricated radiator top shroud. and a rear gas cap. There are no ripples. orange peel or flaws in the perfectly matching paint.   In addition. every jam. lid. and well has been meticulously refinished and painted as well. All new glass and trim was installed including the vent window frames.  

The interior has also been completely refinished using tasteful Shelby parts but the original speedometer was left untouched with addition of Instrument gauges. Shelby signature leather seats. a Shelby GT350 wood grain steering wheel. and of course the signature "Go Baby Go" shift knob. The glove box has also been signed and documented by the late Carroll Shelby himself. All the rest of the interior panels were refinished or replaced and the carpet and headliner are brand new as well.

Under the hood lives a healthy newly build 351 WINDSOR with a high performance cam. Shelby valve covers and air cleaner. all cooled by a custom new radiator. The engine block has been tastefully painted to match the exterior of the car while complemented by satin black engine bay and accents.   Getting the power to the wheels is a Tremec T55  5-speed transmission and new rear end.   Underneath. all of the control arms and bushings have been replaced. while the addition of sub frame connectors and sway bars strengthen up the chassis and noticeably improve handling. Helping her come to a quick stop if necessary are custom 4 piston brakes at all four corners as well as a  master cylinder on the firewall. Wrapping the brakes are a set of quintessential 17 Inch American Racing Shelby wheels with knock offs.

This car is in immaculate condition. The Body is straight as an arrow. All doors. trunk. hood are all aligned like they should. During restoration car was taken apart sand blasted and properly painted. Stripes are not decals.   They were professionally painted. All the chrome is in top shape. This car is a true joy to drive and will turn heads at every corner.
