Immaculately finished in its original Ruby Red with black bucket seats . his rare car is offered in superb overall condition.
It was subject to a comprehensive refurbishment in 2007 at a cost of over £10. 00. and has hardly been used since. I have a CD full of photos depicting the work carried out.
The car has been well cared for throughout the years. ith documentation to prove. dding up to thousands. nd has benefitted from a few sensible modern upgrades.
The car was originally imported with a 426 Hemi in 2006 from Milwaukee. but now runs a tuned 440 from Billadeau Speed. hich still gives it some serious grunt.
The engine features :
Steel crank. pack rods. 02 heads. indage tray. omp Hyd. Cam
Holley 770 Avenger Carb. SD Dizzy etc etc.
TTI coated headers. win Flow Master exhaust system. br/>Trans. :
Refurbed 727 auto box with B&M shift kit
Other features:
Torq Thrust D American Racing Mags shod with Cooper tyres.
Cross-drilled / ventilated front discs with power servo
'K' front crossmember.

This car has a comprehensive history file. and even has the original handbooks. 964 sales brochure & service manuals.

This really is a little different from the usual classic American cars out there. nd needs to be seen & driven to be fully appreciated

Im happy to part exhange with anything interesting of any value. Offers invited

Thank You

Here is some general information about the model:

The Sport Fury made its first appearance as a halo model for Plymouth during 1959. another three years would pass before it became a recurring showroom fixture. Given somewhat controversial styling by Virgil Exner. the 1962 Fury line-up was also notable for its adoption of a proper monocoque bodyshell. Only available as a two-door hardtop or convertible. the Sport Fury shared its four-door sibling's independent torsion-bar front suspension. 'live' rear axle and four-wheel drum brakes. Hurriedly recruited from Ford where he had penned the 1961 Continental. Elwood Engel submitted the 1963-model year Fury and Sport Fury to drastic surgery (a process repeated the following season). Characterised by its bold full-width convex grille housing quad 'floating' headlamps. the 1964-model year Sport Fury also boasted a simplified interior complete with engine-turned interior door trims.
